Pakistani Muslims slaughter the sacrificial animals on the first day of Eid al-Adha in Lahore on December 9, 2008. Eid al-Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice, is celebrated by Muslims around the world by slaughtering camels, goats, sheep and cattle in commemoration of the prophet Abraham
