Rickshaw on Fire

I saw a rickshaw on fire on my way. Probably the driver was smoking. In between the video you can see there was a small explosion which was probably because rickshaw was carrying a CNG cylinder and it caught the fire.

The Fire Brigade was surprisingly efficient here.
